Services and Rates

Laura Carreño, Certified Coach (No. 13351) by the International Coaching and Mentoring Association, conducts her professional practice in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for Coaching, rigorously applying all provisions related to confidentiality standards. Her practice ensures a safe, respectful, and completely confidential space for her clients’ personal and relational development.

CTerms of Service

1. These same clauses will be sent in a document that must be returned completed and signed before the first session,to confirm agreement with these conditions.
2. I acknowledge that the information I share confidentially with the coach is necessary for the coaching process, and I understand that the coach will use this information solely for the purpose of supporting me, guiding me, and facilitating my progress throughout the process.
3. Sessions are conducted via video call (Google Meet) or phone call (not WhatsApp).
   You will receive the Google Meet link after booking your session and before it begins.
   If the session is by phone, the coach will call you at the agreed-upon date and time. It is your responsibility to remember the appointment.
4. For online sessions, a reliable internet connection and a device with a charged battery are required.
   For phone sessions, good reception is required.
5. Sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes long, conducted by phone or video call, and are available for individuals or couples (the phone option is available only for individual sessions).
   Any extension of session time will incur an additional charge,as detailed in the “SERVICES AND RATES” tab on the website.
6. Changes to the session length must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
   If you book a 1-hour session and wish to shorten it to 30 minutes without giving 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full amount of the original booking. If you wish to extend a 30-minute session to 1 hour, this will depend on availability. If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, there are usually more options available.
   If you have already paid for the session, you will only be charged the difference upon completion.
7. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment has been made.
   You can book an appointment online, by phone, email, or WhatsApp, but it will be finalized only after payment has been completed.
8. The prices for sessions are listed under the "SERVICES AND RATES" tab on the website.
9. The session should take place in a quiet, private setting.
   Connecting from noisy locations (cafés, waiting rooms, etc.) that compromise the privacy of the session and/or hinder communication may result in cancellation without a refund and without the obligation to reschedule.
   If you will be in an unusual setting (car, workplace), please let me know in advance so we can verify that the sound and connection are adequate.
10. I understand and agree that the service I am purchasing is not of a medical or clinical nature.
11. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can schedule a new appointment.
12. For each reservation made and confirmed by advance payment, any necessary schedule changes are included, provided that the service provider is notified at least 24 hours in advance.
13. If the rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours in advance, it will be subject to availability, and only one rescheduling will be permitted.
    If you are unable to attend the new appointment, the session will be considered completed, and to reschedule it, you will need to make a new reservation and payment.
14. If you do not show up and do not notify us, we will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes.
    After that time, the session will be considered over.
15. For refunds due to cancellation, if the cancellation is requested at least 48 hours in advance, a refund of the amount paid can be processed. If the cancellation is requested less than 48 hours in advance, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
